Explosion prevention

Wherever an explosive atmosphere can occur at the workplace, the employer is obliged to prepare “Explosion Protection Document” and at least once a year conducts a risk assessment, in line with the decree of the Minister of Economy, Labor and Social Policy of 8 July 2010 on minimum health and safety requirements related to the possibility of an explosive atmosphere at the workplace (Journal of Laws No. 138 of 2010, item 931).
